Process Energy, experte en génie climatique, conçoit, réalise et maintient des solutions dans les domaines du chauffage, de la climatisation et de la ventilation (CVC). Bureau d’études, électricité génie climatique, mise en service et régulation, smart services et maintenance CVC, telles sont les expertises proposées à nos clients. Basée à Gérardmer (88-Vosges) et à Messein (54-Meurthe-et-Moselle), nous intervenons dans le Grand-Est.

Nous recherchons un Responsable d’Affaires Adjoint pour accompagner la gestion d’un portefeuille de contrats de maintenance CVC.

Missions principales :

Management : gestion d’une équipe de techniciens, échanges réguliers avec l’équipe bureau et la Direction


Développement commercial : prospection et recherche de nouveaux contrats, réponses aux demandes, suivi et satisfaction


Organisation et gestion : participation au pilotage de la rentabilité, rédaction des devis, suivi d’affaires, organisation des opérations préventives et curatives


Sécurité & prévention : respect, participation et animation de la prévention en matière de sécurité, qualité et environnement

Poste basé à Gérardmer ou Nancy (selon secteur géographique du candidat)


• Sensibilité au génie climatique et à la maintenance CVC (expérience souhaitée dans le domaine)


• Sens important de l’organisation et rigueur


• Autonomie et bon relationnel


• À l’aise avec les outils informatiques


• Envie d’évoluer vers un poste mêlant technique, relation client, management terrain et gestion financière
