Technicien informatique itinérant F/H

La filiale VINCI Energies France Tertiaire IdF est composée d’une vingtaine de sociétés à taille humaine et d’une société de management au service de ces celles-ci pour les aider dans leur développement. Nos entreprises donnent vie aux bâtiments tertiaires avec l’installation des lots techniques en génie électrique, génie climatique et sanitaire. 

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un.e technicien .ne informatique itinérant.e F/H pour l’un de nos périmètres qui comporte 3 sociétés réparties en Ile-de-France ( Hauts-de-Seine, Essonne, Seine et Marne). 


Rattaché(e) à la société de management, vos missions seront les suivantes : 


- Assurer si besoin l’installation ou le renouvellement des PC bureautiques, portables et DAO 
- Assurer l’installation des serveurs et des périphériques avant intervention des équipes VESI (VINCI Energies Systèmes d'information)
- Administrer les infrastructures réseaux (Switches, PABX ….) 
- Effectuer l’assistance utilisateurs de proximité sur les outils SI VE 
- Effectuer l’assistance utilisateurs sur les outils collaboratifs (DPF, ONEDRIVE, SHAREPOINT…) 
- Gérer les droits d’accès serveurs (Groupes, accès aux répertoires, accès aux périphériques) 
- Participer aux déploiements des projets du Groupe 


Enfin, vous serez garant(e) de la sensibilisation relative à la cybersécurité et aux bonnes pratiques en lien avec la sécurité des systèmes d'information. 

Ce poste nécessite des déplacements réguliers dans les 3 sociétés du périmètre, en Ile-de-France. 



Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un BAC+2, BTS SIO ou équivalent. Vous avez idéalement une première expérience réussie en qualité de technicien informatique.  


Vos capacités relationnelles vous permettent d'interagir avec différents clients, internes et externes. 


Vous avez le sens du service et de l'écoute pour répondre aux besoins de vos interlocuteurs. 


Votre curiosité et votre autonomie seront des atouts pour réussir dans cette fonction.
