MISSIONS/SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The Service Provider shall be responsible for coordinating System Testing and the possible Technology Qualification Program and activities associated with the SPS scope of work according to the technical, quality, planning and HSE requirements.

The SPS scope for GranMorgu project covers mainly but is not limited to 34 off XT full systems, 6 off Production & 9 off Injection manifolds with their mudmats, 8 off Subsea distribution units with their mudmats, around 600 connectors, UTA and UTH terminating umbilical’s, required tooling and topside control system hardware & software.

ACTIVITIES

At all times, the service provider will:

· Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior concerning H3SE, implement H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility, and comply with H3SE training requirements for the position

· Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior about the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program in force.

· In undertaking this role, the Service Provider shall coordinate, validate, and supervise all SPS Integration Testing activities by:

· Establish SPS Contractor Integration Testing Planning and Schedule

· Ensure that the internal interfaces with other SPS entities (Engineering, Planning, Disciplines and Fabrication) are adequately handled.

· Identify all equipment and tooling for testing purposes and coordinate deliveries for testing purposes and final deliveries

· Integrate the Testing Schedule on the Overall Package Schedule identifying criticality and synergy

· Coordinate and revise, in conjunction with other COMPANY Package Leaders, all integration testing procedures issued by the Contractor/s.

· Follow up and manage as COMPANY Representative on the test site, all integration testing of the SPS Package, including EFAT, stack up Tests, SIT, etc

· Ensure that all materials and equipment will be available for the testing as well as ensure that procedures, Test HAZID, and all engineering/safety activities are completed before testing

· Provide daily reports of the testing activities and then follow up on possible punch list items ensuring the close-up in coordination with Package Engineers and Quality.

· The Service Provider will also:

· Assess and monitor the Technical Qualification Program and ensure all technologies employed for the SPS Equipment are qualified for the intended purpose and conditions

· Supervise Qualification and Testing activities with the technical assistance of the SPS discipline leaders

· Shall monitor the impact of the qualification and testing program on the SPS schedule

· The Service Provider will report to the SPS Technical Leader

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

In October 2024, the client announced the Final Investment Decision for the GranMorgu development on Block 58 in Suriname. This deep offshore oil project aims to develop nearly 700 million barrels of reserves, with the FPSO unit expected to start production in 2028. The multidisciplinary GranMorgu project team, managed by the client E&P, coordinates development studies to optimize reserves, schedule, costs, and GHG emissions while maintaining high technical quality and H3SE standards. GranMorgu exemplifies the client' transition strategy, focusing on economic and social impact on Suriname and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions.

As a flagship project for the client, GranMorgu requires support to enhance its reputation and awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Qualification: High experience and technical expertise in the client SPS Execution Testing

· Professional Experience: At least 20 years

· Experience within a project: At least 15 years
