Die JOMOS Brandschutz AG mit Sitz in Balsthal und rund 170 Mitarbeitenden ist ein führendes Unternehmen auf dem spannenden Gebiet des technischen Brandschutzes. Seit 2018 gehört die Unternehmung zur internationalen VINCI-Gruppe. Für das Geschäftsfeld Entrauchung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen erfahrenen und engagierten Mitarbeiter.

Dein Aufgabenbereich
  • Erstellen von Offerten
  • Verantwortlich für das Eröffnen und Verrechnen von Aufträgen
  • Pflege des Vertragswesens
  • Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System
  • Telefonische Kundenanfragen bearbeiten
  • Selbstständige Terminkoordination der Techniker vornehmen
  • Allgemeine Administrationsaufgaben
Das bringst du mit
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion und technisches Interesse
  • Einwandfreies, stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Französisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
