Commercial Role and responsibilities

➢ Support Bid manager and area manager in identification of 

     new businesses

➢ Support in analysis of possible partners

➢ Prepare all due diligences of identified partners

Role and responsibilities in bid general coordination:

➢ Support Bid manager in preparation of responsibility sharing during 

     tender stage (responsibility matrix, schedule, etc.)

➢ Coordinate signature of all agreement with partners at bidding stage 

     (JV, Designer, subcontractors, …)

➢ Support preparation of the Bid Organization chart, and dispatch the 

     contacts list.

➢ Support preparation of bidding schedule and ensure compliance of all 

     the parties.

➢ Ensure effective bid document management (electronic document 

     management system) according to the tender needs.

Role and responsibilities in proposal deliverable coordination:

➢ Participate in elaboration of the responsibility matrix (who does what 

     in the Bid team).

➢ Coordinate preparation of the WBS with designers and ensures all 

     documents are prepared accordingly.

➢ Support in preparation of the list of deliverables and the schedule of 

     preparation, internal issue, review and validation.

➢ Coordinate within VINCI Construction Grands Projets the delivery of 

     all documents.

➢ Receive and coordinate the Requests For Clarification from the Bid 

     team.

➢ Follow-up compliance with the Proposal time schedule.

➢ Support bidding team in evaluation / preparation of all non technical 

     aspects of the bid (Quality, H&S, Environment, Permits, CSR Human Rights)

➢ Ensure the proposal deliverables are compliant with the Tender 

     requirements.

➢ Participate in coordination meetings with designers, between partners, … and ensure all decisions are being taken into account.

Role and responsibilities in proposal validation stages:

➢ Prepare presentations and participate to all intermediate and final 

     meetings:

·       Selection meeting

·       Kick-of meeting

·       Progress meeting

·       Technical close-up meeting

·       Risk and Opportunities Assessment meeting

·       Dry cost validation meeting

·       Close-up meetings

·       Risks Committees

➢ Make sure all decision taken in meeting are shared with bidding team

Roles and responsibilities for HSE

➢ Ensure that “Safety in Design” is implemented in the Design inputs.

➢ Ensure that Health, Safety and Environment aspects are taken into 

     account in the pricing as per VINCI policy and values.

➢ Ensure that CSR and Human Right measures are duly evaluated, 

     assessed and any measure is properly priced

➢ Propose environmental solutions that will improve the 3 pillars
