Project Manager, Digital Transformation and User Experience

In a context of accelerated digital transformation, VINCI Construction Canada is seeking a professional who can act as a bridge between business teams, IT teams, internal communications, and frontline users. The role focuses on driving and facilitating the adoption of new digital tools, including employee platforms (intranet, mobile application, and collaboration solutions), SharePoint (Microsoft 365) environments, and the internal application portfolio, by combining project management, change management, communications, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle of digital projects, from planning and implementation to long term deployment, including adoption activities, satisfaction surveys, continuous improvement, and support during the operational ("run") phase.
- Contribute to the successful rollout of the new employee ecosystem, including the intranet, mobile application, and SharePoint Online collaboration spaces.
- Translate technical challenges and business priorities into clear, engaging messages tailored to diverse internal audiences.
- Develop and execute communication and adoption plans, including internal campaigns, announcements, FAQs, user guides, leadership toolkits, and training materials.
- Drive continuous improvement by facilitating workshops, gathering feedback and business requirements from field teams, and refining approaches to encourage sustainable adoption and usage of digital tools.
- Prepare executive summaries and reports for senior leadership regarding project progress, risks, benefits realization, adoption metrics, and next steps.
- Promote the responsible, secure, and effective use of digital tools and AI capabilities across the organization.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, change management, internal communications, digital adoption, or organizational transformation
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly SharePoint Online, Teams, and Viva Engage. Experience managing a corporate intranet is considered a significant asset
- Comfortable working in IT environments and with collaboration platforms, agile methodologies, and basic cybersecurity concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively
- Proven ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including IT, Communications, HR, Operations, Leadership, frontline teams, and external partners
- Strong analytical mindset, results orientation, and ability to leverage data, surveys, and performance indicators to measure adoption and improve outcomes
