To support the successful delivery of a major international construction project in a challenging environment, we are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager (M/F).

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the project, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, applicable standards, and client expectations throughout all phases of execution.

This position will be based abroad and will require regular presence on site.

Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and maintaining the Project Quality Management System.
• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable quality standards.
• Coordinating QA/QC activities across construction teams and subcontractors.
• Managing inspections, testing activities, and quality control documentation.
• Leading audit activities and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitoring quality performance and reporting key quality indicators to project management.
• Managing non-conformities and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting project teams in maintaining high quality standards throughout project execution.
• Coordinating quality interfaces with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Contributing to the preparation and completion of final quality dossiers and project handover documentation.

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in QA/QC management within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and international quality standards.
• Experience managing inspections, audits, testing activities, and non-conformity processes.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in demanding and multicultural environments.
• Strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience working in remote project environments and camp-based operations.
• Ability to work in challenging environments with 9 weeks ON / 3 weeks OFF rotation schedules.
• Fluent English.
