Job title: Drilling Completion Superintendent

Status: rotational 4/4 (4 weeks on/4 weeks off), based on seven (7) worked days per week, with eight (8) hours of work per day

MISSIONS

· Supporting Drilling Assets within the Drilling and Wells department

· Ensuring operational readiness, support operations within Asset and deliver wells within the budget and within the Drilling and Wells department

· Work closely with Lead Drilling Engineer during well preparation for operations and execution stage

· Accountable as Drilling & Completion Superintendent within the Drilling Chain of Command with regards to Technological Major Risks in particular Blow Out.

· Lead the communication with offshore operational Team, Logistics department and vis-a-vis at Contractor side (Rig leader)

ACTIVITIES

The designated CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL will be required to:

➢ Technical

· Provide operational support for Asset drilling and completion activities

· Review Drilling & Wells Programs, ensure operations performed in line with Program, review Management of Change when required

· Review and distribute reports on daily basis

· Maintain permanent communication with offshore, lead daily calls o Liaise with Logistics to ensure equipment readiness

· Liaise with Service Companies to ensure operational readiness (equipment and personnel) o Participate in lessons learnt and performance optimization process

➢ Management and interfaces

· Manage, motivate, evaluate and develop the offshore personnel within Asset

· Review personnel needs and coordinate personnel planning within Asset.

➢ HSE

· Cascade Department HSE objectives; ensure that drilling and/or completion/workover operations are conducted in compliance with existing rules, safety and environmental protection, optimization of costs and time

· Ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company QHSE standards and Bridging Document.

· Prepare rig related derogations and Bridging document accordingly

· Closely follow up Rig Action List to ensure all identified anomalies are clearly identified and closed out in shortest possible timeline

· In the course of the Emergency Response is the part of IMT Operations Section

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Technician or Engineering profile (master’s degree of Engineering or equivalent), with more than 5 years of DCSI experience;

· Good knowledge of offshore and specifically deepwater environment o Good knowledge of TotalEnergies’ referential, processes and methods
