Project Administrator
25/8/2026The Cressbrook Dam Safety Improvement Project is a major dam safety and flood resilience upgrade delivering complex works to critical water infrastructure in the Toowoomba Region. Seymour Whyte, in alliance with SMEC and Toowoomba Regional Council, has been selected to help deliver this flagship project, bringing together construction delivery, engineering expertise and collaborative project leadership on one of Queensland’s most significant local government-led dam upgrades.
We are looking for an Administrator to join our project team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project. Working closely with site teams, engineers and stakeholders, you will help keep information organised, processes running smoothly, and the project team connected and supported. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Based on site in Biarra, this role offers a generous project uplift, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a highly complex infrastructure project.
About the role:
- Maintain accurate project records, registers and controlled documentation
- Ensure project information is current, well-organised and easily accessible
- Assist with document control, reporting and compliance requirements
- Support the efficient administration of project activities and documentation
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
