🎯 Your mission

Support the core of innovation at VINCI.

As an apprentice in the team, you’ll work closely with the managers of the 5 innovative programs of Leonard.

💡 What you’ll do day-to-day:

Support the project selection phase

• Help manage applications using our internal tools.
• Assist in preparing jury sessions and selection workshops.

Drive program operations

• Organize events, workshops, for the project teams.
• Coordinate logistics and follow-up with service providers.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking for ongoing projects.

Ensure administrative support

• Manage internal contractualization of AI & Intrapreneurship programs and onboarding documents.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and planning files for the programs.

Product Owner of Leonard platform

• Manage knowledge management for Leonard platform & project’s documentation
• Engage with communication team and stakeholders to value our projects.

What we’re looking for:

• A top student in a business or engineering school or university, ideally with a passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, or project management.
• Previous experience in project management or innovation methodologies is a plus.
• Strong interest in sectors like construction, energy, mobility or real estate.
• Structured, analytical, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Curious, humble but ambitious, proactive, independent and eager to learn.
