• Be a European citizen aged between 18 and 28 on the date of registration, whatever training level.  
• Be a graduate student, with a fluent level in English.  
• Have never done any V.I.E. in the past. 
• Not have worked previously in the host country.

VINCI Construction Polska is currently expanding its operations and enhancing its support services. As part of this growth, we have established a shared service center (SSC) to streamline our processes. The controlling and reporting department, a vital part of this SSC, oversees various business areas, including Infrastructure, Building, Quarries, and Mass Bituminous production.

That’s why we are looking for a Junior Controller VIE (F/M) who will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the new rules currently being deployed.

What can you expect as a Junior Controller @VINCI Construction Polska? 

Based in Warsaw, you will assist in the deployment of new financial rules, collaborate on ERP system-related tasks, and contribute to key reporting and auditing activities. This position offers a great opportunity to develop financial expertise in an international and dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities will revolve around 3 axes:

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze operating results, including budgets, profits/losses, and cost overruns.
• Contribute to monthly reporting and budgeting processes.
• Assist in the consolidation of financial data and performance tracking.
  

ERP & Process Improvement

• Support senior controllers in ERP-related tasks and financial system enhancements.
• Help implement new financial rules and ensure compliance.
  

Auditing & Compliance

• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Assist in monitoring the implementation of post-audit recommendations.

• You have a master’s degree in finance, accounting or a business school graduate, or a related field.
• To help you take on your first missions and feel at ease with the assignments, you understand and have a first initial experience in financial analysis, controlling or accounting.
• The role involves working with large sets of data. Strong analytical skills will help in interpreting data, identifying trends, and ensuring accurate reporting.
• A mastery of Excel is needed, and a familiarity with SAP functionality to customise and leverage reports to meet business needs is a plus.
• Confidence in your verbal and written communication skills will help you convey technical financial topics in an engaging and accessible way.
• You’ll be collaborating across diverse teams, and you’ll need all the support you can get. Thanks to your curiosity and your sociability, you’ll quickly adapt and be integrated.
• Your everyday life, the tools you will work with will be in Polish: as such, you need to feel confident enough about your English and Polish level, in terms of writing but also speaking. (If you don't speak Polish, there's a high chance we won't be able to consider your application).
• You have your driving license to help you navigate between the different sites and projects you’ll be supporting.
