Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) dynamique et organisé(e) pour contribuer à la gestion quotidienne de l’entreprise et monter en compétences dans un cadre stimulant.

🚀 Vos missions :

✔️ Saisie et suivi des commandes d’achat, bons de livraison 📑
✔️ Gestion administrative : contrats de sous-traitance, classement de documents
✔️ Appui aux appels d’offres et suivi des demandes d’accès aux sites sécurisés
✔️ Accueil téléphonique et physique 📞
✔️ Rédaction de courriers, documents internes ✍️
✔️ Mise à jour des bases de donnée


🎯 Votre profil :

🔹 Étudiant(e) en BTS GPME, AG ou équivalent
🔹 Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve)
🔹 À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook)
🔹 Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et relationnelle
