This version of the General Conditions of Use replaces all previous versions.
For the purposes of these General Conditions of Use, this website, accessible using the link job.vinci.com is referred to as “VINCI JOBS”.
The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “Conditions”) is to define the conditions under which VINCI JOBS is made accessible to Users, and to specify the terms and conditions of use of the website.
VINCI JOBS is managed by VINCI S.A., a public limited company with capital of €1,456,035,992.50, whose registered office is at 1973 boulevard de la Défense, 92000 Nanterre, and which is registered at the Nanterre Commercial and Companies Registry under the number 552 037 806 (hereinafter “VINCI”).

Article 2 – Definitions
Administrator: means the person authorised to manage the data, i.e. publication, configuration, or deletion, on VINCI JOBS
Applicant: means any person who has expressed an interest in a job offer by submitting an application accompanied by his or her CV, and, if applicable, by any other documents requested
Data: means any data or content, whether personal within the meaning of the GDPR or not, as well as any information provided in VINCI JOBS by a User
Applicant’s Area: means the personal space reserved for a User where he or she can add, amend, or delete the personal information provided in his or her application file and in his or her applications
Platform: means the platform on which the “VINCI JOBS” website is made accessible to Users
User: means any individual, regardless of their status, authorised to access VINCI JOBS.
Article 3 – Description and access to the site
Description of VINCI JOBS
VINCI JOBS is a recruitment website, created and administered by VINCI S.A., which publishes all the offers of jobs to be filled within VINCI entities, and which allows recruiters to process applications.
Acceptance of the Conditions
When browsing VINCI JOBS for the first time, Users are invited to read the Conditions.
Users using the VINCI JOBS website are presumed to have accepted these Conditions, and acknowledge that they have obtained from VINCI all the necessary information regarding the use of VINCI JOBS.
Users may, at any time, consult the Conditions by clicking on the link provided for that purpose on the Platform.
The Conditions may be amended by VINCI at any time, particularly in the event of changes to the Platform and/or to the applicable regulations. It is understood that the Conditions applicable are those published on the Platform when Users access the Platform. Users are therefore invited to consult the Conditions regularly when using VINCI JOBS.
Submitting an application in response to an offer
To apply for a job, Applicants must upload their CV and additional documentation, if applicable.
Applicants guarantee the accuracy of the information provided for the purposes of processing their application.
Accordingly, Applicants are solely responsible for the data entered and/or for the data that they upload.
Creation of an Applicant’s Area without making an application
Users can create an Applicant’s Area at their convenience by entering their e-mail address (which will be their login), and a password.
Users can also create alerts to receive offers from the VINCI Group.
Users can stop using their Applicant’s Area at any time by deleting it, without having to give a reason and without cost.
Deleting the Applicant’s Area will result in the deletion of the account and of any associated data.
Article 4 – Use of the website
Users expressly undertake to comply with the following rules of use, according to their status and for the entire period in which they are granted access to VINCI JOBS.
General Use
VINCI JOBS is reserved strictly for personal use.
Users therefore undertake:
- Not to use the Data for purposes other than those referred to in these Conditions
- Not to import or upload files or any other malicious document containing computer viruses designed to interfere with the functioning of the website
Any usage contrary to these terms may be sanctioned under the provisions of these Conditions.
Any use of the Data by Users will be at their own risk. Consequently, VINCI cannot be held responsible for the content or accuracy of all or part of the Data provided on VINCI JOBS.
Specific usage framework for Administrators
Only the Administrator is authorised to manage and moderate the publication of the Data, and the configuration and deletion of the Applicant’s Area and/or of an application on VINCI JOBS.
The Administrator expressly guarantees that it will only use its administrative rights strictly for VINCI’s needs.
The Administrator reserves the right to report any Data that are contrary to these Conditions, or contrary to any law or regulation.
Specific usage framework for Users
In order to view job offers, Users must access the relevant page of the VINCI JOBS website.
Users can also carry out searches using a key word, a trade, a contract type, and a job location.
Users undertake not to use devices or software of any kind that might disrupt the proper functioning of the website or place a disproportionate load upon it.
Article 5 – Management of VINCI JOBS
For the purposes of managing VINCI JOBS, the Administrator may, at any time:
- Suspend, interrupt, or limit access to, all or part of VINCI JOBS
- Reserve access to VINCI JOBS or to certain parts of it to a specific category of User
- Delete any Data that might disrupt the operation of VINCI JOBS, or that might infringe national or international laws
- Suspend access to VINCI JOBS in order to carry out updates
- Suspend access to VINCI JOBS following an internal or external cyber-attack that might result in a data leak.
Article 6 – Hypertext links
VINCI disclaims any liability for the content of websites to which Users might be redirected. VINCI may use hypertext links to refer to other third-party sites and/or to VINCI subsidiaries.
VINCI is not responsible for the content published on such sites. It is therefore the responsibility of Users to ensure that they consult the general conditions of use, privacy policy, personal data charter, and cookie policy, of such sites.
VINCI may at any time amend and/or delete a hyperlink on its website.
Article 7 – Intellectual property
All elements of the Platform are protected by current intellectual property laws.
VINCI is either the owner of all the intellectual property rights over the constituent elements of the website, or is the holder of a licence covering those rights, so that it holds all the necessary rights and has full and complete ownership thereof.
No provision of these Conditions shall be interpreted as transferring any of VINCI’s intellectual property rights to Users.
Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in any form whatever, of all or part of the elements of the Platform, including computer applications, is strictly prohibited, except with VINCI’s prior consent in writing.
The fact that VINCI may not commence proceedings as soon as it becomes aware of such unauthorised uses shall not constitute acceptance thereof, nor the waiver of any legal proceedings.
Article 8 – Liability
VINCI cannot be held liable in the event of a defect, breakdown, difficulty or interruption of operation preventing access to VINCI JOBS or to any of its features.
Equipment used by Users to log on is their sole responsibility, and it is therefore their responsibility to put the appropriate technical measures in place to protect that equipment.
VINCI cannot in any circumstances be held responsible for the content of the Data published on VINCI JOBS, particularly in the event of inaccuracy or omission of information.
Any dissemination or reproduction by an Employee of data accessible on VINCI JOBS, whether intentionally or by omission, may result in that Employee being held liable in accordance with the applicable legal and contractual rules.
Users may also be held liable in the event of a breach of these General Conditions of Use, in particular, but without limitation, in the event of non-compliance with the rules concerning the protection of personal data, and confidentiality.
VINCI cannot be held liable in the event of legal proceedings against an Employee:
- due to use of VINCI JOBS or any service accessible via the Internet;
- due to non-compliance with these Conditions.
Finally, VINCI is not liable for any damage caused by Users to themselves, to third parties, and/or to their equipment due to connecting to, or using, VINCI JOBS. By these Conditions, Users expressly waive any judicial and/or extra-judicial proceedings against VINCI on such grounds.
In the event of commencement by an Employee of judicial and/or extrajudicial proceedings against VINCI arising from the use of VINCI JOBS, VINCI reserves the right to counterclaim against that Employee to obtain compensation for all sums, damages, or any other form of financial sanctions incurred.
Article 9 – Applicable law and language
These Conditions are governed by French law, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nanterre Commercial Court, unless another specific jurisdiction is provided for by a particular law or regulation.
These Conditions are drafted in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more different languages, it is expressly agreed that in the event of a dispute, only the French text will be authentic.
