Assistant Project Director for Photovoltaic Projects

As a specialized subsidiary of VINCI Energies, Omexom acts as an EPC contractor (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) to offer turnkey solutions for the construction of ground-mounted and floating solar power plants. As part of the development of our activities in Ireland, we are recruiting a final-year intern for the position of Assistant Project Director for Photovoltaic Projects in Dublin - Ireland.

Context

Within its turnkey solutions activity for the construction of ground-mounted and floating solar power plants, Omexom Solar International offers this internship for an Assistant Project Director for PV projects. This area of expertise is rapidly growing. The current team aims to strengthen its skills and demonstrate its commitment to students by offering an operational internship that includes both specialized learning and a comprehensive view of the activity.

Missions

As part of this internship, we offer missions that contribute to the development and execution of solar power plant projects in their technical, functional, and budgetary dimensions. These missions combine phases of analysis and operational proposals (understand, do, and propose).

Your main tasks will include:

• Supporting the development and implementation of planning, monitoring, and control tools to ensure efficient project execution

• Tracking project progress and ensuring work is completed in line with quality standards, budget constraints, and deadlines, while helping to identify and mitigate risks early

• Interfacing with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

Profile : Student in the final year of a Master’s program (Bac +5) in an engineering school. You are an aspiring project manager, eager to contribute to the energy transition and take part in impactful renewable energy projects, motivated by project management and enthusiastic about multidisciplinary work.
