‍♂️ What You'll Do
As a Software Control Systems Engineer at Eltek Systems, you’ll design, develop, and implement automation control software for high-profile clients in the Food and Beverage industry. You will work across the full project lifecycle—from concept to commissioning—delivering innovative solutions that help our clients automate and optimise their manufacturing processes.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Designing and developing PLC, HMI, and SCADA software.
• Participating in all stages of project delivery—from initial specification to final commissioning.
• Collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Creating detailed design and test documentation.
• Conducting factory and site testing with clients.
• Performing on-site commissioning and providing hands-on support.
• Compile training manuals and delivering customer training sessions.

What you bring

We’re looking for a motivated and skilled engineer with a passion for industrial automation and a commitment to delivering excellence.

• Intermediate level experience with Rockwell, Siemens or other major PLC and SCADA/HMI platforms.
• Experience writing automation software and engaging directly with customers on project delivery. 
• A solid understanding of industrial network setup and fault-finding (e.g., EthernetIP, Profibus, Profinet) is advantageous. 
• A background in engineering environments, ideally within the manufacturing or automation sectors. 
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies
