Step into the spotlight as our Senior Project Administrator, where SAP experience isn’t just nice, it’s essential. You’ll be the driving force behind smooth financial and procurement workflows, turning SAP from a headache into a superpower for our teams. From keeping purchase orders and invoices on track to training and supporting project teams, you’ll be the go to problem solver who keeps everything moving, compliant, and connected between Finance, Procurement, and site operations. If you thrive on organisation, love bringing people and processes together, and have solid hands on SAP experience, this is your chance to shine.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Brisbane, however, candidates from Sydney will also be considered.
About the role:
- Hands-on SAP Expertise Required – Take ownership of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes in SAP (S/4HANA), including POs, invoices, goods receipts, and reporting.
- Project Support – Provide on-the-ground administrative and SAP guidance to project teams, ensuring workflows run smoothly and efficiently.
- Compliance & Governance Champion – Maintain adherence to procurement policies, financial controls, and assist with audits and reporting.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing – Empower teams with practical SAP training and support to build confidence and capability across the business.
- Collaborative Problem Solver – Act as the key liaison between site operations, Finance, and Procurement, improving processes and resolving issues effectively.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience: Proven experience in system deployments and training in a project or site-based environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA), particularly in Accounts Payable and Procurement modules.
- Understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and financial workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
