Senior Document Controller

Responsibilities
- Manage the documentation (numbering, workflows, data management, filling plan, dematerialization and archives), both electronic and hard copy
- File project correspondence (letters, memos, transmittal notes etc)
- Apply a quality check on the documentation issued by Contractor to check its compliance with project specifications
Profile
- At least 8 years experience in oil and gas projects in similar position and used to work in a multi- national environment
- Strong experience in EDMS
- Proven experience working in contractor offices as sole document controller.
