Sous l'autorité hiérarchique du Responsable Administratif et Financier de l’entreprise et au sein d’un service de deux comptables, vous partagerez les principales missions suivantes :


La gestion de la chaîne fournisseurs (enregistrement, contrôle, paiement des factures, traitement des relances et des litiges)
La gestion administrative sous-traitants (dossiers, agrément, badge d'accès chantier)

Créer du lien avec les opérationnels


Vous préparez un BTS Comptabilité et Gestion en contrat d’apprentissage ou de professionnalisation.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques, (une expérience sur SAP est un plus). La rigueur et l’organisation font parties de vos qualités premières.

Au-delà de ces compétences liées au poste, vos capacités relationnelles et votre bonne humeur seront décisives pour vous intégrer rapidement au sein de notre équipe.
