You will be part of the « IT Projects » entity in the growing IT DACH Satellite (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) The team is responsible for leading a range of IT Projects that sustain and accompany the growth of the group.
Our customers are the Business Units of VINCI Energies in the DACH region.
As Junior IT Change Manager (M/F), you will support the organisation on our IT Projects challenges:
- In case of complex projects, you will create and follow the communication and training strategy
- You will manage your own IT Change topics in close contact with Business responsibles and IT Teams
- You will be the main actor in the continuous improvement of our Change standards and contribute to the improvement of our services for VINCI Energies
To succeed in your missions, you will have to navigate through our organisation (Business and IT counterparts) and build your VINCI Energies network.
Qui êtes-vous ?
•Graduated from Business School, Engineering School, University,...
•Previous experience on Change management is preferred
•Very good proficiency in English and French.
•Good proficiency in German
•Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Personal qualities: great interpersonal skills & sense of customer service, willingness & ability to progress, team player, ability to analyze and synthesize, organizational skills and a results-oriented culture
