Actemium Maintenance & Intégration Bordeaux, 110 salariés pour un CA de plus de 15 M€, marque de VINCI Energies, est un acteur majeur spécialisé dans les activités de maintenance industrielle et de travaux neufs avec un savoir-faire reconnu dans les domaines de l’électricité, la mécanique et les process manufacturiers complexes.

Actemium Maintenance & Intégration Bordeaux recherche pour son service administratif basé à Gradignan (33) son(sa) futur(e) Assistant(e) Comptabilité (F/H) en CDI. Le poste à pourvoir est à 24h/semaine. 

Il (elle) aura comme missions :

  • Prendre en charge la gestion quotidienne de l’entreprise : accueil, courrier, affranchissement, téléphone, organisation des déplacements, archivage ;

  • Réaliser la comptabilité fournisseurs de plusieurs entités : saisie des factures, rapprochement de commandes, acomptes, règlements fournisseurs, gestion des relances ;

  • Déployer et suivre la réception dématérialisée des factures ;

  • Effectuer la refacturation de coûts ; 

  • Réaliser les dossiers de prise en charge des CPF. 

Dans le cadre de votre parcours d’intégration, vous bénéficierez d’un accompagnement individualisé dans votre prise de poste. Nous veillons à ce que vous bénéficiez d’un suivi tant RH qu’opérationnel dès votre arrivée, et ce tout au long de votre aventure parmi nous.


Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils informatiques.

La connaissance de SAP serait un réel atout pour ce poste.

Le travail en équipe est pour vous une clef de réussite et êtes attentif(ve) à la qualité de vos échanges professionnels.

Votre adaptabilité et votre capacité à gérer les délais vous permettront de vous épanouir sur ce poste.
