Vos missions: concrètes et variées 

Sur notre site de Grenoble, en lien avec le technicien d'affaires vous serez un atout clé pour:

  • Assurer la planification et l’ordonnancement des maintenances correctives et préventives
  • Gérer les appels et les mails
  • Générer le planning préventif
  • Recaler le planning pour donner suite aux demandes correctives
  • Créer des demandes de service dans la GMAO
  • Planifier des travaux

Votre profil : on compte sur vous !

  • Un niveau BAC ou BTS assistant(e) de gestion ou équivalent
  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste de planification ou assistant(e) de gestion dans le secteur d’activité tertiaire, santé ou industriel.
  • Vous savez faire preuve d’organisation et d’autonomie. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et avez de bonnes capacités relationnelles.
  • Un.e acteur.trice dans la prévention des risques pour vous et les autres.
  • Une personnalité qui fera la différence : joie de vivre, dynamisme, fiabilité, rigueur, sens du service, …
