Junior Digitial Developer

To support the development and maintenance of digital tools and workflows that improve operational efficiency and business processes.

Key Tasks & Responsibillities 

  • Assist in the development of digital applications and automation flows using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate. 
  • Configure and administer SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions to support business processes and digital solutions. 
  • Support the integration of applications with business data sources, APIs, and databases. 
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and refining digital tools to ensure reliability and usability. 
  • Learn and apply coding principles to support development tasks and troubleshoot issues. 

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Basic Coding Literacy – Ability to read and understand code logic (e.g. variables, functions, conditions) to support troubleshooting and development. 
  • Power Platform Skills – Competent knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate to build apps and automate workflows. 
  • SharePoint Administration – Ability to configure and manage SharePoint environments to support digital solutions. 
  • Problem Solving – Proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting improvements. 
  • Communication – Clear and confident communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
