  • Pomoc w instalacji i konfiguracji sprzętu komputerowego oraz urządzeń biurowych,
  • Wsparcie użytkowników w codziennych problemach technicznych (np. dostęp do sieci, problemy z drukarką),
  • Udział w projektach grupowych z możliwością zdobycia wiedzy,
  • Współpraca przy przeglądzie i inwentaryzacji sprzętu oraz oprogramowania,
  • Tworzenie i aktualizacja prostych instrukcji oraz dokumentacji technicznej.

  • Podstawowa wiedza techniczna z zakresu IT,
  • Wykształcenie kierunkowe (studia o kierunku IT),
  • Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów technicznych,
  • Komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy zespołowej,
  • Chęć nauki, rozwoju oraz wykazywanie inicjatywy,
  • Znajomość systemów Windows, Android i iOS,
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie średniozaawansowanym.
