Assistant Facturation F/H

Cegelec Ascenseurs est une entreprise du Groupe VINCI Energies, basée à La Réunion qui intervient dans l’installation, les travaux et la maintenance d’ascenseurs, d’escaliers mécaniques, de trottoirs roulants, de monte-charges partout sur l’île ainsi qu’à Mayotte. 

Nous recherchons aujourd’hui un.e assistant.e administratif.ve rattaché.e à la Reponsable Administrative d’Entreprise pour répondre aux missions suivantes :

  • Établissement et suivi de la facturation des travaux
  • Suivi du recouvrement des créances clients
  • Suivi administratif des dossiers en lien avec les clients
  • Gestion des relations fournisseurs (commandes, factures, relances)

D’autres missions transversales pourront être demandées selon les actualités de l’entreprise.


VOTRE PROFIL

Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire d’au moins 3 ans, la connaissance du secteur du BTP est un réel plus !

#Savoir-être :

- Rigueur, organisation

- Bon du relationnel

- Capable d’initiative et d’anticipation


#Compétences :

- Connaissance des outils bureautiques (word, excel, outlook)

- Bonne compréhension des processus administratifs
