Specialized in comprehensive and multi-technical maintenance, the company operates in the industrial and oil & gas sectors, offering technical assistance and telecommunications services.

Our areas of expertise include:

• Maintenance and inspection of pumps, flexible pipes, heat exchangers, and mechanical seals
• Fire and gas detection systems
• Repair and calibration of equipment
• Training in maintenance and operations

Actemium Angola also collaborates with Axians on telecom projects, strengthening its technological footprint.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the transmission team to ensure optimal performance and system reliability
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to technical staff
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of communication systems including RF, network, and maritime transmission equipment
• Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Maintain and update technical documentation and operational logs
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support system upgrades and expansions
• Prepare detailed reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar supervisory or technical role
• Proven expertise in network and radio frequency technologies
• Strong background in communication systems installation and maintenance
• Familiarity with maritime operational environments and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience in training and developing technical teams
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
• French proficiency is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work on a 4x4 rotational schedule
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
