Assistant d’exploitation (93) F/H

SBR, filiale du groupe VINCI CONSTRUCTION, est un acteur majeur en IDF du balisage de chantier.

Au sein de notre site de MONTREUIL (93) et sous l'autorité du chef de secteur, vous aurez pour missions les tâches suivantes : 

- Etablir les commandes fournisseurs

- Etablir les factures client

- Effectuer la relance client

- Effectuer la trésorerie

- Formaliser et suivre les réclamations clients

- Tenir à jour le fichier clients et les dossiers clients

- Gestion du courrier et des appels téléphoniques


Idéalement diplômé(e) d'un BTS, ou d’une expérience similaire de 3 ans environ, vous souhaitez vous investir dans le secteur des prestations de services. Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, vous êtes tenace et avez un fort sens de l'objectif. Votre envie de relever les challenges vous permettra de réussir pleinement dans cette fonction.

- La connaissance de SAP serait un plus

- Expérience dans un poste similaire souhaitée

Salaire : 29 000 – 37 000€ brut sur 13.3 mois en fonction du profil

Temps de travail : 37h + RTT

Un temps partiel à 80% est envisageable
