🔍 Analyser les processus existants et identifier les leviers d’amélioration via des outils numériques

🛠 Déployer des solutions digitales (outils existants et nouveaux à mettre en place)

📊 Piloter des projets de transformation digitale, de l’étude à la mise en œuvre

🤝 Accompagner les équipes terrain dans l’adoption des outils

🧠 Travailler sur les soft skills liés à la conduite du changement

🔄 Interagir sur des sujets techniques, organisationnels, humains et économiques


En recherche de stage de fin d'étude d’une école d’ingénieur ou d’un Master orienté méthodes, digitalisation ou transformation.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils numériques, le reporting, et les environnements techniques.

Vous aimez travailler en équipe, avec des profils variés (IT, terrain, direction…)

Vous êtes curieux·se, rigoureux·se et force de proposition
