Role purpose:
This position is accountable for managing parts of large project/s or smaller projects under the guidance of the General Manager, to ensure zero harm, high quality and on time delivery.
This position focuses on the completion of set tasks and project activities that are core Sixense services. The Quality Engineer position works closely with Instrumentation and Monitoring Engineers, providing support to ensure quality controls and assurance practices are implemented and delivered in accordance with our systems.
Missions:
- Assist with preparation and implementation of project specific QSE documents and Develop inspection test plans, checking the steps and documenting
- Assisting in the development of a quality management plan
- Assist the site team with the development of planned and controlled work processes
- Site supervision of works and application of safety and quality practices and standards
- Define the QSE strategy/policy and the objectives to be achieved.
- Define and monitor performance indicators.
- Ensure the monitoring and consolidation of safety and environmental reporting.
- Plan, monitor, and/or conduct internal and external audits (certification audits, client audits, national authorities, internal audits, etc.).
Profil recherché
Skills & Experience:
- Advanced Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Quality Management, Project Management.
- Minimum XXX Years’ experience.
- Good communication skills and good team player and a good eye for detail
- Skills in relevant computer software packages (e.g. MS office) and quality management information
- Skills in using quality management systems and tools
- Skills in monitoring, reviewing, reporting and lead in performance continuous improvement
- Good time management skills.
- Fluent in English and Romanian.
