Gestionnaire RH - paie en alternance F/H

Au sein du Service Ressources Humaines de CEGELEC Défense (320 collaborateurs environ), nous recrutons un Gestionnaire RH - Paie et Administration du personnel H/F. Vous serez directement rattaché(e) au Responsable Ressources Humaines

En collaboration avec la responsable paie / RH, vous serez chargé(e) d’assurer la gestion administrative du personnel de nos sites (conventions TP).

 Vous aurez en charge :

 - aide à la saisie des éléments variables de paie (pointages)

- aide au suivi des  dossiers prévoyance

- Du suivi des congés payés (caisse des congés payés)

- Du suivi des indemnisations en cas d’absence maladie, maternité …

-  l’administration du personnel

 - le suivi des visites médicales

- le suivi des intérimaires

- Le suivi de la formation professionnelle

 De plus, vous apportez des réponses aux salariés selon leur questions
