Chargé de développement RH en alternance F/H

Au sein de la Délégation Nord-Est Belgique, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les Chargées de Développement RH et tu participeras activement aux missions suivantes :

Gestion des offres d’emploi et des candidatures : tu participeras à la publication, au tri, au suivi et aux échanges avec les candidats.


Suivi de l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs : tu accompagneras les premiers jours, recueilleras les retours et contribueras à l’amélioration continue du parcours d’intégration.


Promotion de la marque employeur : tu prendras part aux relations écoles, aux campagnes de communication RH et à l’animation des réseaux sociaux.


Tu es passionné(e) par le recrutement, force de proposition, et tu apprécies le contact humain ainsi que la communication ?

Tu maîtrises des outils comme Canva et tu es à l’aise avec les réseaux sociaux ?

Actuellement en dernière année de licence ou de master, tu recherches une expérience enrichissante dans un environnement stimulant ?
