Rotating Equipment Supervisor

Role
We are recruiting a highly skilled Rotating Equipment Supervisor to lead pump overhaul, repair, and maintenance operations in a demanding Oil & Gas environment. This role involves managing workshop activities, supervising technicians, ensuring compliance with standards, and performing offshore interventions when required
Profile
Supervise and coordinate daily pump repair workshop operations.
Plan work orders, allocate resources, and manage technician workloads.
Ensure all workshop activities meet quality, efficiency, API, and OEM standards.
Lead the overhaul, repair, and maintenance of pumps used in Oil & Gas operations.
Diagnose pump failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Operate dynamic balancing machines for impellers, rotors, and other rotating components.
Ensure adherence to vibration analysis requirements and balancing tolerances.
Perform offshore troubleshooting and pump maintenance under strict HSE guidelines.
Provide technical support for offshore teams to ensure operational continuity.
Promote and enforce strong HSE practices across workshop and offshore work.
Train, mentor, and supervise technicians in maintenance best practices.
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry focused on rotating equipment.
Strong expertise in pump overhaul, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Proficiency in diagnosing failures and performing root cause analysis.
Experience operating dynamic balancing machines.
Solid understanding of vibration analysis techniques.
Familiarity with compressors, turbines, and other rotating equipment (secondary skill).
Fluent English (mandatory).
Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience performing offshore maintenance under strict HSE requirements.
