ACTIVITIES
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE policies, Company Ethics, and the Code of Conduct, promoting the Anti-Corruption Program.
- Ensure proper implementation of the Project Quality Management System (QMS) within the UFR package and verify contractor compliance with EPC contract and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Supervise daily quality activities of contractors, including audits, inspections, non-conformance, corrective and preventive actions, and KPI monitoring.
- Review and approve key quality documents such as the Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plans, and vendor/subcontractor documentation.
- Coordinate and monitor quality systems at manufacturing sites and fabrication yards, ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery of Quality Dossiers and certifications.
- Liaise with Third Party Inspection and Certification authorities regarding schedules, technical specifications, and quality control.
- Report and correct any non-compliance, maintaining close collaboration with the Project Quality Manager, the Quality Team, and the UFR Team.
CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
The position is part of the execution phase of a major offshore project in Suriname (Block 58). The project involves complex technical challenges related to reservoir management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection systems.
The objective is to maximize economic results by optimizing reserves, schedule, and costs, while reducing GHG emissions and maintaining high H3SE and technical quality standards.
Knowledge of the UFR Products and relevant Quality regime
Significant working experience in a similar service within the Oil and Gas field
Professional Experience: 15 years minimum
Experience within project/s: 10 years minimum
