Location: Paris, France with some flexibility as follows:

• 50% in Paris offices (1 week out of 2), the remaining working from home
• Eventually down to 33% in Paris offices (1 week out of 3), the remaining working from home
• Or even 25% in Paris offices (1 week out of 4), the remaining time in TERD Hamburg offices (50%) or working from home (25%)

JOB DIMENSIONS
The service provider holder will perform engineering tasks for Operations and Maintenance activities related to the German Offshore Wind N-12.1, N-11.2 and O-2.2 projects,
Engineering:
With special focus on the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) package and based on the expertise acquired in O&M similar positions:
– In pre-project phase, prepare Operations and Maintenance (O&M) employer documents including but not limited to.

• Operation & Maintenance Philosophy
• Control and SCADA philosophy
• Security Philosophy
• Preservation, Commissioning and Start-Up philosophy

– In FEED and execution phases, comment in a constructive manner, including relevant proposals, and as needed all the documents issued internally or received from the manufacturers, which may impact on the future Operation and Maintenance of the projects, including but not limited to:

• WTG and BOP design documentation: Safety Concept, Technical Concept, single line diagrams (SLD), Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), mechanical drawings, hydraulic diagrams, logic diagrams,
• Interfaces between the packages: WTG, cables, BOP, OSS (out of scope), …
• Operation and Maintenance documentation, ensuring all the key information is available and legible, including but not limited to:

• Safety Concept in Operation
• Evacuation and Rescue plan
• Emergency Response plan
• O&M manuals
• Black Start procedure
• Spare Part lists and specifications
• Specific Tooling lists and specifications
• Preventative Maintenance programs
• Maintenance procedures for minor, major maintenance tasks, and Major Component Repairs (MCR)
• Inspection procedures of all components, with special focus on Major Components (blades, drive train and generator)
• Statutory inspection program and qualifications required

• Overall and detailed schedules, with special attention on the preservation, Commissioning, Start-Up of the WTG and BOP systems

Logistics:
– Prepare the technical specifications of:

• The O&M Ports / bases (North Sea and Baltic)
• The Central Control Room
• The Central Warehouse

– Comment on specifications issued by others (Marine specialists for example) to ensure the documents meet all the requirements in Operation
Contracts:
Provide technical support and coordination in the preparation of the following contracts:

• SOV and CTV l operational vessel required to support the Offshore Wind project
• WTG Service and Maintenance Agreement
• BOP maintenance contract(s)
• O&M Port / Base and related services
• And others as part of the overall O&M contracting strategy:

– Support the review of scopes of work and attached documents, and contractual documents in the negotiation phase, as required, identify articles at risk and make relevant proposals to make acceptable compromise
– Prepare a set of relevant Key Performance Indicators to be used in our various O&M contracts, and the way to generate them efficiently
Tools
– Use systematically the tools and systems available: Microsoft Office 365 environment, SharePoint
– NEW PRODOM for document management
– GIS tools related to geotechnical data, E-sourcing, ERP, AGORA etc.) for the C&P process
– Other tools commonly used in the project environment

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
The company comprise a team of professionals passionate about deploying clean energy and bringing new opportunities to communities. After success in German federal offshore wind auctions in May 2023 and June 2024, The company created a new entity, to lead the development of the awarded development areas.
The Service provider could require travel between Paris, France and Hamburg / Berlin, Germany.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Senior Expertise in Operation & Maintenance of Offshore Wind Turbines, acquired in several farms and/or technical contexts (WTG manufacturers, technologies, operators…)
• Ability to work closely with various stakeholders including but not limited to diverse international teams, vendors & subcontractors, affiliates, Onetech Technical Lines, HQ, etc.
• Organizational skills, good communication
• Ability to formalize fluently and legibly concepts and instructions
• Technical requirements : significant expertise in O&M in offshore wind in Germany
