IT Graduate - Ermeo

Job Title: IT Graduate – Site Data Collection Forms (Ermeo)

Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time – 3 months, Graduate Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT graduate to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining digital data collection forms using the Ermeo platform to support field operations and improve data accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand data collection needs and workflows.
  • Design and configure digital forms and workflows using the Ermeo platform.
  • Ensure forms are user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Test and validate forms before deployment to ensure functionality and data integrity.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the forms and the Ermeo mobile app.
  • Monitor form usage and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Document form structures, logic, and updates for internal reference.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline data collection processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital form-building tools or workflow automation platforms (experience with Ermeo is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of databases, data structures, and user interface design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Knowledge of mobile application deployment and support.
  • Understanding of field operations in industries such as construction, utilities, or manufacturing.
