Job Summary
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Awareness & Training Lead to design, manage, and measure awareness programs tailored for diverse audiences including IT, OT, executives, and third parties. This includes digital learning, campaigns, and behavior-based training strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design annual cybersecurity awareness plans aligned with compliance needs and business risk exposure.
 - Lead the development and rollout of SCORM-compliant eLearning modules and micro-training sessions.
 - Organize live training, webinars, cyber drills, phishing simulations, and post-incident campaigns.
 - Coordinate onboarding cybersecurity awareness journeys for new hires and contractors.
 - Conduct awareness programs for executives, OT environments, and third-party stakeholders.
 - Monitor awareness KPIs, generate performance dashboards, and suggest continuous improvement actions.
 
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity training and awareness
 - Experience with platforms like KnowBe4, Infosec IQ, or equivalent.
 - Strong understanding of behavior-based security, phishing simulations, and learning outcome tracking.
 - Experience with content creation (SCORM) and LMS management.
 - Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
 
Preferred Certifications
- SSAP (Security Awareness and Training Professional)
 - CISSP, Security+
