These roles will sit at the centre of a large‑scale marine and civil infrastructure programme. Whether you are early in your engineering journey or a seasoned project leader, you will be involved in delivering complex works across:
- Marine infrastructure

- Earthworks

- Multi‑staged civil construction
Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating and delivering multidisciplinary work packages
- Leading planning, methodology, and daily site operations
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and key project interfaces
- Ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and environmental performance
- Developing construction programmes and monitoring progress
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and supporting commercial outcomes
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development
- Engaging with clients, consultants, iwi (Indigenous Māori partners), and local stakeholders
- Playing a pivotal role in a project that enhances national resilience and connectivity
About You
