Safety Coordinator (WHU)

About the role:
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of site safety systems and documentation
- Assisting with routine site inspections, audits and PPE checks
- Recording findings and helping track corrective actions to completion
- Helping investigate incidents and near misses, including preparing reports
- Maintaining safety registers, training records and compliance documentation
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety
- 3+ years’ experience in similar role within civil or construction industry
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging site personnel
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with safety reporting systems and a willingness to learn
- Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver’s Licence and have their own transport
