Job Title: HR Professional

Location: Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR operations and Saudi labor regulations, with particular knowledge of Saudization requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions, including:

  • Recruitment and onboarding

  • Employee relations

  • Leave and attendance management

  • Performance management

  • HR administration and documentation

  • Employee exit and settlement procedures

• Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle HR matters professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee services.

• Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee documentation.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

• Monitor Saudization requirements and maintain compliance.

• Handle employee records, leave management, and HR reporting.

• Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

• Coordinate employee exits, final settlements, and related documentation.
