As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale automation and electrical engineering projects. You will be responsible for project initiation, planning,execution,monitoring,andclosure,ensuringallobjectivesaremetontimeandwithinbudget.Thisisanopportunitytodrivethedeliveryofcutting-edgesolutionsacrossadiverseclientbaseandmakealastingimpactinagrowingcompany.

Inaddition,asamemberoftheBusinessUnit'sSeniorLeadershipTeam,youwillplayakeyroleinshapinganddeliveringthelong-termbusinessstrategy.Workingcloselywithfellowleaders,youwillcontributetostrategicdecision-making,identifyopportunitiesforgrowth,operationalimprovementandinnovation,andhelpsteertheBusinessUnittowardsthesuccessfulachievementofitslong-termobjectives.

MainResponsibilities–SeniorProjectManager

• Lead,organise,andmotivateteamstodeliverautomationandcontrolprojectstoclientspecificationsanddeadlines.

• Developdetailedprojectplans,allocateresources,andmanageprojectscopes,budgets,andschedules.

• Proactivelyidentifyandmanageprojectrisks,issues,dependencies,andchangestoensuresuccessfulprojectoutcomes.

• Actastheprimarypointofcontactforclientsandinternal/externalstakeholders,ensuringtransparentcommunicationthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.

• Prepareandpresentregularprojectprogressreports,facilitatingprojectmeetingswithmultidisciplinaryteams.

• Driveprojectqualitythroughcompliancewithcompanystandards,industryregulations,andclientrequirements.

• Supportthedevelopmentofjuniorteammembers,promotingknowledgesharingandbestpracticeinprojectmanagement.
