At VINCI, we believe everyone deserves a chance to thrive. Each year, we take in more than 5,000 young people from underserved suburbs and rural areas to introduce them to the skills and trades that are shaping tomorrow's cities.

At VINCI, we believe it is our responsibility to give back to society what it has given us. To do so, we are promoting social and professional integration through our 20 or so foundations and other organisations worldwide. With the Fondation VINCI pour la Cité in France, we support 370 projects and over 1,800 employee initiatives every year.

At VINCI, we help our companies implement their CSR policies with a variety of measures to foster professional integration. These programmes help 5,000 people to find a way back into secure jobs every year.

Warning to applicants about false job offers and fraudulent proposals

The VINCI Group wishes to warn applicants about the online publication of false job offers for contracts abroad in the name of VINCI Group companies. The authors of these offers fraudulently use the corporate names, brands and logos of VINCI Group companies to deceive applicants, inducing them to reveal personal information and to pay money to obtain alleged services. Under no circumstances do VINCI Group companies ask for candidates' bank details or any payment of money as part of their recruitment process. We therefore strongly recommend that applicants check the authenticity of job offers before responding to them.
