Teamleader Elektricien

FUNCTIE:

  • Je beoefent een functie met voldoende variatie, autonomie en professionele collega’s.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan voorop.
  • Na een inwerkperiode zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor de organisatie van alle elektriciteitswerken op een werf (beveiliging, toegangscontrole, gsm/netwerken/computerbekabeling, hoog- & laagspanning, oproepsystemen, gebouwenbeheersystemen).
  • Je zorgt dat er kwaliteitsvol werk afgeleverd wordt binnen de vooropgestelde termijn en binnen het budget.
  • Je begeleidt en controleert het werk van de werfmedewerkers en de onderaannemers.


PROFIEL:

  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van gebouwenelektriciteit
  • Je hebt minstens een 5-tal jaren ervaring als teamleader of als werfleider, op grote werven
  • Je bent een geboren planner en organisator
  • Je kunt een team leiden en motiveren
  • Kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid zijn voor jou heel belangrijk, veiligheid een prioriteit
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
