VINCI Energies Building Solutions IDF Électricité regroupe près de 30 entreprises spécialisées dans les métiers de l'électricité pour les bâtiments tertiaires. Afin d'accompagner leur développement et de garantir un service informatique de proximité à l'ensemble de nos collaborateurs, nous recherchons notre futur(e) :

IT Manager pôle F/H

Rattaché(e) au DG de Pôle, vous êtes le contact privilégié des utilisateurs de la Holding et des correspondants informatique de nos entreprises du Pôle pour tous les sujets informatiques du quotidien : 

  • Piloter les projets IT du pôle et accompagner les évolutions des entreprises (croissance externe, déménagements, transformation digitale, déploiement d'outils).
  • Animer le réseau des correspondants informatiques et assurer le relais des orientations et standards IT de VINCI Energies auprès des entreprises.
  • Garantir la qualité des services IT en coordonnant le support aux utilisateurs et en accompagnant l'adoption des outils numériques.
  • Assurer la cybersécurité et la conformité IT en déployant les standards Groupe et en sensibilisant les collaborateurs aux bonnes pratiques.
  • Piloter les ressources informatiques du pôle : budget, licences, matériels, logiciels et relations avec les équipes VINCI Energies Systèmes d'Information (VESI).

Poste basé à Nanterre, avec des déplacements à prévoir en IDF selon le besoin de nos entreprises. 


  • Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique.
  • Expérience en gestion de projets IT, coordination informatique ou administration des systèmes.
  • Bonne connaissance de Microsoft 365, des infrastructures IT et des enjeux de cybersécurité.
  • Capacité à piloter des projets et à coordonner des interlocuteurs variés dans un environnement multi-sites.
  • Autonomie, sens du service, rigueur et excellent relationnel
