Nous sommes en recherche active, pour renforcer les équipes de SANTERNE Réseaux Littoral, d’un-e Assistant-e de gestion.

Rattaché-e au Chef d’entreprise, vous êtes aussi l’interlocuteur privilégié des collaborateurs de l’entreprise et du Responsable Administratif d’Entreprise de la société dans vos missions administratives, de gestion et de comptabilité de l’entreprise.

Vos missions sont les suivantes :

·               Comptabilité analytique : Saisir et suivre les factures et les commandes (fournisseurs et clients)

·               Administratifs des appels d’offres

·               Gestion du personnel (pointages, suivi visites médicales, intérimaires, conventions stages…)

·               Administratifs d’entreprises (gestion du courrier, accueil et téléphone...)

·               Organisation réunions

Cette liste est non exhaustive et évolutive selon les compétences de la personne intégrée.

Le poste est à prendre à partir du 2 novembre 2026, pour une durée de 7 mois.


De formation Bac+2 minimum dans le domaine de la gestion et/ou comptabilité (BTS GPME, comptabilité et gestion..)

Vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie en entreprise dans une fonction similaire d’au moins 2 ans (incluant stage et alternance).

Vous maitrisez le pack office et disposez d’une aisance orale et écrite.

Pour ce poste clé dans l’organisation, il vous sera demandé rigueur, discrétion, sens de l’organisation et capacité d’adaptation au changement lié à son environnement.
