Assistant de direction F/H

VINCI Energies France Infra Méditerranée Centre-Est, basé à Aix en Provence, est un pôle de la division VINCI Energies France. Cette entreprise à taille humaine est au service de 48 entreprises établies en régions PACA, Occitanie, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes et Bourgogne Franche-Comté, spécialisées dans les infrastructures d’énergie et de mobilité, employant 1640 personnes pour un CA de 310 M€.

Nous recrutons un(e) Assistant(e) de direction polyvalent(e).  

En collaboration avec une autre assistante de direction, vos missions seront :

  • Préparation et organisation : réunions générales et spécifiques, formations,

  • Organisation d’évènements internes : participer à l’organisation de manifestations évènementielles,

  • Conception et rédaction : courriers, présentations, rapports, notes,

  • Organisation des rendez-vous et du planning : gérer le planning, filtrer les appels et les accueils physiques,

  • Réservation des déplacements : billetterie, hôtellerie, restauration, location de véhicules,

  • Accueil et communication : assurer l’accueil, gérer les communications (orientation et transmission des messages),

  • Gestion du courrier et des messages électroniques : traitement du courrier, gestion des messages électroniques,

  • Autres missions : suivi fournisseurs.

  • Titulaire d'un BTS, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire. Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Pack Office, Adobe, etc.) et possédez des notions solides en communication.

  • Vous êtes disponible, proactif(ve), à l'écoute, autonome, rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles.

  • Votre ouverture d’esprit et votre capacité à travailler en équipe seront vos atouts pour vous intégrer et vous épanouir dans vos missions.
