Projectmedewerker

Als Project Medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de document control van verschillende projecten. Je ondersteunt de projectmanager en projectcoördinator bij administratieve taken, helpt bij het opstellen van managementrapportages en notuleert bij vergaderingen, zowel intern als bij de opdrachtgever.

Jouw taken bestaan verder uit:

  • Assisteren bij de facturatie binnen de projecten van de business unit
  • Ondersteunen bij het samenstellen van veiligheidsplannen en -mappen
  • Distribueren van documentatie intern en extern
  • Rapporteren aan het projectteam over de status van inkomende, uitgaande en de te reviewen documenten.


  • MBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Relevante werkervaring is een pré, maar geen vereiste. Jouw inzet en frisse blik zijn belangrijker dan ervaring.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
  • Goede kennis van MS Office
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Positieve instelling, communicatief sterk, toont initiatief en kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken
