MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
1. QUALITE PRODUIT & PRODUCTION
• Identifier, enregistrer et traiter les non-conformités internes.
• Réaliser l’analyse des causes (méthodes 8D) et au suivi des actions correctives et préventives.
• Réaliser les revues de premier article des produits (harnais, coffrets, équipements électroniques, cartes) par rapport aux dossiers de fabrication, plans, spécifications clients et normes applicables.
2. QUALITE SYSTEME
• Appliquer et faire appliquer les procédures du système de management intégré.
• Mettre à jour les documents qualité (procédures, modes opératoires, formulaires).
• Participer à la préparation, à la réalisation et au suivi des audits internes, clients ou de certification (EN 9100).
• Assurer le suivi des indicateurs qualité (taux de NC, retours clients, rebuts, etc.).
3. QUALITE SOUS-TRAITANT / FOURNISSEURS
• Statuer sur les non-conformités fournisseurs.
• Assurer le suivi des plans d’actions en lien avec le service Supply Chain et le service Qualité.
4. AMELIORATION CONTINUE & SENSIBILISATION
• Proposer des actions d’amélioration qualité et de fiabilisation des processus.
• Sensibiliser le personnel de production aux exigences qualité, sécurité et aux bonnes pratiques.
• Participer aux démarches d’amélioration continue de l’entreprise.
RESPONSABILITES
• Respecter et faire respecter les exigences qualité, sécurité et environnement applicables.
• Alerter en cas de non-conformité critique ou de dérive qualité.
• Contribuer à la satisfaction client par la fiabilité des produits livrés.


COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES
• Aisance avec les outils informatiques (Pack Office).
• Connaissance des systèmes qualité industriels.
• Connaissance des normes (EN 9100 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001).
• Lecture de plans, schémas électriques et dossiers de fabrication.
• Maîtrise des outils qualité.
COMPETENCES COMPORTEMENTALES
• Rigueur et sens de l’observation.
• Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
• Autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
• Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe.
• Diplomatie et pédagogie face à la production

Formation :

Bac +2/3 (BTS/DUT/Licence) en Qualité, Mesures Physiques, Génie Industriel ou équivalent.

Expérience :

Une première expérience en milieu industriel est appréciée (débutant accepté selon encadrement).

Une expérience en environnement aéronautique, défense ou électronique est un atout.
