STAGE AMELIORATION ORGANISATION F/H

Sous la supervision de la responsable QSE, le stagiaire sera chargé d’améliorer l’organisation des processus de fabrication au sein des lignes de production Spatiale et Défense. En utilisant des outils spécifiques, une analyse Charge/Capacité et des audits internes en production, il devra identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations. De plus, dans le cadre du développement des activités, il sera nécessaire d’étudier et de planifier la réorganisation de plusieurs lignes de production ainsi que d’un magasin. Des taches transverses de support aux missions relatives à la Qualité/sécurité des produits et des process seront également à mener.


Niveau de diplôme, spécialités recherchées :  Etudiant en dernière année d’école d’ingénieur (Bac+5)
Qualités professionnelles recherchées : Connaissance des standards LEAN MANUFACTURING et gestion de production
Compétences techniques, relationnelles, humaines, … : Un esprit fédérateur pour animer un groupe de travail et du leadership seront demandés. Une expérience dans le câblage électrique ou la production aéronautique est un plus.         
Langues souhaitées (dont niveau souhaité), maîtrise d’outil, logiciel, processus :
Niveau d'Anglais correct.

Maîtriser le pack Office.
