Chargé.e de missions Recrutement et Marque Employeur F/H

Dans le cadre du développement de VINCI Energies – périmètre Arc Alpin, nous recherchons un.e Apprenti.e Chargé.e de missions RH (F/H).

Placé(e) sous la responsabilité de la Responsable du Développement RH, vous participerez activement à l’ensemble des actions RH liées au recrutement, à l’attractivité et aux relations écoles. Vous contribuerez au développement de nos actions auprès de nos collaborateurs et futurs talents. Vos missions principales :

🎯 Recrutement

  • Rédiger et diffuser les annonces sur les différents jobboards
  • Sourcer et analyser les candidatures
  • Réaliser les préqualifications téléphoniques et assurer un premier niveau d’échange avec les candidats

💬 Marque Employeur & Communication

  • Animer les publications LinkedIn (mise en avant des métiers, des projets et de la vie interne)
  • Créer des contenus variés pour la communication interne et externe
  • Participer à la valorisation de nos actions RSE, diversité et attractivité

🎓 Relations Écoles

  • Contribuer à la préparation des évènements écoles et forums de recrutement
  • Représenter progressivement l’entreprise lors de salons, interventions ou jobdatings, en fonction de votre montée en autonomie
  • Participer au développement de partenariats durables avec nos établissements partenaires

Ces missions sont évolutives, et pourront s’adapter à vos expériences précédentes, vos appétences et votre progression au sein de l’alternance. Nous valorisons l’initiative : vos idées et propositions seront les bienvenues pour enrichir nos actions.

📍Localisation du poste : Annecy ou Chambéry


Formation : Vous préparez un Master en Ressources Humaines.

Expérience : Une première expérience en recrutement (stages ou alternances) serait un véritable atout.

Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre aisance relationnelle, votre autonomie et votre réactivité. L'appétence pour l'opérationnel et le gout du terrain seront des qualités appréciées / des points forts pour mener à bien vos missions. 

Des déplacements en Savoie (73), Haute-Savoie (74) et Isère (38) sont à prévoir.
