Day to day, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of HEB’s national Digital Delivery strategy and business plan.
- Champion best‑practice BIM, GIS, Information Management and digital workflows across projects.
- Define, govern and optimise digital systems and Common Data Environments (ACC, SharePoint, BI).
- Remain closely connected to day‑to‑day project delivery through practical, hands‑on support.
- Provide expert digital input into tenders, scopes and client value propositions.
- Lead, mentor and develop a growing team of digital specialists, ensuring capability, resource planning and continuous upskilling.
- Maintain and enhance digital tools, templates, standards and organisation‑wide digital knowledge.
- Identify practical AI and innovation opportunities, connecting teams with the right technical expertise.
- Represent HEB in national and international digital forums to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry practice.
What you’ll bring
You’ll bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, technical excellence and people leadership, including:
- 8+ years’ experience delivering BIM in complex project or construction environments.
- Deep technical capability across ACC, Revit, BIM 360, Civil 3D and related platforms.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, ISO 19650 and CDE governance.
- Experience in BIM–GIS integration and model‑based digital workflows.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary digital or technical teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A practical understanding of construction project delivery.
You will also have experience contributing to business development and capability‑growth strategies, alongside solid understanding of QA/QC processes for digital tool development. Your exposure to AI‑driven efficiencies and emerging digital innovation pathways enables you to spot practical opportunities that lift project performance

Warning to applicants about false job offers and fraudulent proposals
The VINCI group wishes to warn applicants about the online publication of false job offers for contracts abroad in the name of VINCI group companies. The authors of these offers fraudulently use the corporate names, brands and logos of VINCI group companies to deceive applicants, inducing them to reveal personal information and to pay money to obtain alleged services. Under no circumstances do VINCI group companies ask for candidates' bank details or any payment of money as part of their recruitment process. We therefore strongly recommend that applicants check the authenticity of job offers before responding to them.
