Qui sommes-nous ?  
Le périmètre VINCI Energies France Tertiaire IDF, pôle de VINCI Energies, est l’un des leaders des métiers des corps d’état techniques du bâtiment, sur le marché du tertiaire parisien. 
A travers les 57 entreprises qui lui sont rattachées, il déploie son activité relevant du génie électrique et climatique, dans tous types de bâtiments tertiaires. 
Valentin, société de notre périmètre, est spécialisée dans les projets de climatisation ventilation, chauffage et plomberie pour des projets de rénovations ou nouvelles construction.  
Avec un chiffre d’affaires de plus de 20M€ et une équipe de plus de 50 collaborateurs, Valentin est une structure à taille humaine, agile et ancrée dans son territoire. 

Vos missions

En tant que Comptable Fournisseurs, vous participerez activement à la gestion administrative et comptable de l’entreprise. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Gestion des factures fournisseurs
    • Réception, saisie et paiement des factures dans SAP
    • Traitement des factures non conformes
    • Gestion des relances fournisseurs
    • Préparation des campagnes de mise en paiement
  • Gestion administrative et comptable
    • Création et mise à jour des tiers
    • Traitement et paiement des notes de frais
    • Suivi quotidien de la trésorerie
    • Gestion du courrier
    • Réalisation des déclarations de TVA

Les missions sont non exhaustives et pourront évoluer selon vos appétences.

Vous êtes titulaire d’un BTS Comptabilité ou d’une formation équivalente et avez déjà une première expérience en comptabilité fournisseur ? (alternance(s) incluse(s)) 

Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’organisation et de fiabilité dans votre travail.

Vous appréciez collaborer au sein d’une équipe conviviale et savez faire preuve d’autonomie sur vos missions.

Si vous savez utiliser SAP, c'est un plus !
